Ethno-Memorial Complex “Map of Kazakhstan ‘Atameken’”

“Atameken” is an open-air museum that opened in 2001. Its grounds feature a miniature model of Kazakhstan with replicas of natural and architectural landmarks from 17 regions, Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent; the model also depicts the Caspian Sea.
